How Can I Pay?
At Inclusive Rhythms, we understand the importance of therapeutic services and are committed to working with families to find cost-effective ways to receive therapy and other services.
Payment Options
Private Pay
Families and individuals will have the option to pay privately, including use of HSAs and flex accounts to pay for services.
The current rate for services at Inclusive Rhythms is $80/hour.
Medicaid (specific waivers only)
Inclusive Rhythms is currently working to become a Medicaid provider. Once approved, those on the CES, SLS, CLLI, and CHRP waivers may be able to have services covered at full cost.
Private Insurance
Many private insurance providers are beginning to cover music therapy services when plans allow for out-of-network, in-office professional visits. However, please note that some insurances specifically do not cover music therapy services.
Music therapy can be reimbursable when prescribed by a physician and deemed medically or behaviorally necessary through music therapy assessment.
We are currently not accepting Private Insurance, but families have the option to seek reimbursement by submitting receipts to their insurance company.
